Abstract: Aiming at a deep foundation pit in soil-rock composition with weak intercalated layers, in this paper, using the limit-balance method and finite element method to analyze the stability and deformation.
Engineering calculation often regards it as a plane strain problem, and assumes the section into a circular shape.
2),so it does not meet the requirements of Engineering and it must takes some measures to support the foundation pit.
