The typical characteristics of rural waste
China's rural areas produce about 40 million tons of waste every year, and the waste can be divided into the following four categories: Plant waste produced by agriculture and forestry (such as straw, cotton stalk, etc.); Animal waste produced by breeding (animal Stool, etc.); and waste generated by the production of township enterprises and the town dwellers [1].
China should waste no time in enacting laws and regulations on agricultural waste reverse logistics to control pollution, to optimize the use of agricultural waste, and to strengthen the supervision of the land, water resources, development and utilization of biological resources.
We should apply the concept of supply chain management to the management and operations of rural waste reverse logistics and establish the following process of reverse logistics: Distributed generation - Centralized Recycling - Category Distribution - Professional Handling - Category Distribution - Reutilization.
