Abstract:

In this paper, lead into fuzzy theory and set up the decision-making model of the quality project（U，V，R）of " two type” town urban planning based on the multi-factors. The model Including project planning factors set = , judge factor V= for each element of the planning factors set and Multiple fuzzy decision matrix .the test results prove that the fuzzy theory is feasible with individual characteristics and the quality of decision-making of "two types" of urban planning
