From the XRD data it is inferred that the films are polycrystalline and hexagonal wurtzite structure.

Optical properties UV Analysis The optical absorbance, transmittance and reflectance data are recorded for the wavelength region from 190 nm to 1100nm using UV-vis spectrophotometer .It was observed that absorption peak was near 377 nm and absorption coefficient α is constant in the visible and in the near IR region.
The reduction of transmittance at higher concentration may be attributed to the increased optical scattering caused by grain boundaries and increase in film thickness.

All over the heating-cooling cycle, the stress and temperature data are registered and the stress-temperature diagram is finally plotted.
These results correlate with known data on B2-phase stabilization after severe deformation of Ti-Ni alloys [9, 58, 59].
Two types of data are extracted from the DSC tests: latent heat (Fig. 9) as well as the start and finish temperatures for the direct B2®B19’ (B2®R®B19’) and reverse B19’®B2 transformations (Fig. 10).
The subgrains of NS exhibit a high dislocations density, which is consistent with the data of [13, 15].
Note that the same differences in LPs of the B19'-martensite formed from the recrystallized and nanocrystalline (and, according to the data of [8], polygonized) austenites are observed in the age-hardenable Ti-50.61%Ni alloy [49].

According to the results, this filter medium was superior to conventional 2.2 dtex samples in terms of classified filtration and caused a more significant effect on collecting fine dust particles; the initial resistance remained unchanged roughly; and the air permeability could reach 279 L/(m2•s), demonstrating that this filter medium has a great advantage in filtration efficiency as well as energy conservation and emission reduction.
Although lower than conventional products, the air permeability level was still within a reasonable range. 3 Conclusion According to the data, the following conclusions could be drawn: 1) The filtration performance of the differential fiber sample was better than the conventional 2.2 dtex samples; it effectively captured fine dust particles. 2) The initial resistance of the differential fiber sample was similar to conventional products. 3) The air permeability of the differential samples reached 279 L/(m2 • s), which was slightly higher than the conventional 2.2 dtex product.

According to the research and analysis on the existing hybrid loader data and the traditional structure of loader, the tandem structure of mechanical energy exists excessive secondary energy conversion, lowered the work efficiency, is not suitable for frequent switching mode which feature of the loader; The Compound type structure of hybrid system because of complex structure and high control accuracy requirement lead to the vehicle change is bigger which does not apply to the early stage of the development; The parallel structure of hybrid system can keep the original transmission system unchanged and the basis of traditional loader change smaller that can reflect the advantage of hybrid technology.

Prior to starting material characterization, process ranges of temperature and strain rate are investigated by conducting double cup extrusion simulations with the available material data of the used FE software’s material library.
The obtained flow curve is used as input material data for FEA and simulations of the compression test are conducted by assigning various friction coefficients.
The press is equipped with a data acquisition device to measure force and displacement values during the process.
Sampling rates of the used data acquisition device can reach up to 50 kHz so that even for a short process time a sufficient number of data points can be acquired.
Since the laser displacement sensor measures the displacements between the ram and press table, some amount of compliance is present at the measured displacement data which is coming from the elastic deflection of the tools, especially punches.
