This was achieved by fine tailoring the shrinkage difference between two materials.
In order to minimize the effect of shrinkage difference, the two materials are actually the same.

On one hand, the improvement of the parameters of the boiler units requires the water-wall tube materials’ performance to improve [1-2]. 20G, also known as Q245R, mainly used in the manufacture of high-pressure boiler pipe and higher parameters, low temperature super-heater, economizer and water-wall tube, whose medium temperature is equal or low 450℃ [3].
In the boiler unit, some reasons may cause SO42-, Cl- ions leak into the make-up water which causes the deterioration of its quality and accelerates the corrosion of water-wall tube and other materials, including condenser leakage, external chemicals leakage and the leakage of mixed bed and resin decomposition at high temperature [5-7].
