Abstract: On the basis of the theoretical framework of breakage mechanics for geo-material ,the fissured loess can be regarded as a composite material consisting of bonded blocks and weakened bands,therefore a fissured loess binary-medium model is formulated.
So explore the fracture soil constitutive model is a practical engineering practice urgently needs to solve the research topic.
But, have the porosity of geotechnical engineering, such as loess, simple structure and confining pressure can also be crushed.

Abstract.
The coherence of the architectural design and engineering cost is an important aspect of the study of architectural design.
Construction design phase and the main factors affected the project cost control scheme To solve the above problem, It should strengthen the management of the design phase, to optimize the engineering design, engineering, technical, economic, function optimization.
Because of the narrow and long or irregular shape of the building shape not only increase the cost of the building, can also cause drainage engineering and outdoor engineering, roofing engineering, etc.
This would require the design units to broaden business, from engineering design of the periodic service into the whole process of service.
