Study on binary-medium model of fissured loess Furong YAN 1, a , Wen FAN, 2,b ,Tingyin He3,a 1School of Civil Engineering,Henan Polytechnic University,Henan,454000,China. 2School of Geology Engineering and Geomatics, Chang’an University,Xi’an,710054,China 3 Henan jiaozuo geological survey and design co., LTD ,Henan,454000,China ayfr@hpu.edu.cn, bfanwen@chd.edu.cn Keywords: fissured loess; binary-medium model; triaxial test; homogenization theory Abstract: On the basis of the theoretical framework of breakage mechanics for geo-material ,the fissured loess can be regarded as a composite material consisting of bonded blocks and weakened bands, therefore a fissured loess binary-medium model is formulated.
So explore the fracture soil constitutive model is a practical engineering practice urgently needs to solve the research topic.
But, have the porosity of geotechnical engineering, such as loess, simple structure and confining pressure can also be crushed.

In engineering practice, the expectation can be obtained from the values measured by static load tests and its error can be accepted[8].
Conversely, when many piles are tested, engineers can use the mean of the tested data as the design values.

Influence and Control Measures of architectural Design on Project Cost Lingmei Zhang Civil Engineering College, Linyi University, Linyi 276005, China zhanglingmei@lyu.edu.cn Keywords: architectural design; project cost; control measures Abstract.
The coherence of the architectural design and engineering cost is an important aspect of the study of architectural design.
Construction design phase and the main factors affected the project cost control scheme To solve the above problem, It should strengthen the management of the design phase, to optimize the engineering design, engineering, technical, economic, function optimization.
Because of the narrow and long or irregular shape of the building shape not only increase the cost of the building, can also cause drainage engineering and outdoor engineering, roofing engineering, etc.
This would require the design units to broaden business, from engineering design of the periodic service into the whole process of service.
