Mine water may be treated with certain purifying measures, waste gas may be reduced through reducing burning, and debris may be reused and if reuse is impossible, may be collected together and discharged to special yards for deep burial or other kinds of professional treatment.

It can be seen that the J-lay system can meet the challenging requirements of Double-8000 for pipeline laying in waters deep to 3000m in South China Sea.
With the increase of water depth, the traditional reel-lay and towing will be harder to meet the actual requirements of the subsea pipeline laying in South China Sea[7], and CNOOC just built an S-lay pipe-laying vessel, HYSY201, to install pipelines in 3000m waters.
To solve this problem, we will use the IPC-based TwinCAT software PLC which has powerful computing processing function that can improve the control process professional level and data processing speed. 3.2.1 J-lay control flow The J-lay control system follows the process flow strictly.
