The light activity of TiO2 that doped with Fe3+ is increased, because of the Ti4 + ion radius is 0.068 nm and Fe3+ ion radius is 0.064 nm, almost the same radius, Fe3 + easily doped into TiO2 grid to replaced Ti4+ position ,forming Ti-O-Fe grid structure[5,6], which effectively improved the efficiency of photocatalysis. when doping concentration is low, the quantity of shallow potential wells is not enough to capture the electron or cavities, Photocatalytic efficiency improving minor.
