Recent years, fabrication of micro structures on polymeric patterns with hot embossing is widely used as a rapid replication technology.
So nowadays it attracts more attention due to these numerous advantages and has been used in many applications such as micro-/nanomanufacturing[2], optics[3], chemistry, and biology[4].
The author reports that the stress distribution in the polymeric patterns differs widely due to the different mold structure.
The additional micro structure can also be cut off after the embossing process, and then the real needed micro structure can get a high fidelity.

These reductions indicated that the number of SO3H functional groups anchored to the LCS-X-Ys structure decreased.
Table 2 shows the results of surface area and pore structure of LCS-X-Ys using N2 adsorption-desorption.
Additionally, the application of H2SO4 to produce LCS-X-Ys has encouraged surface modifications of organics components in LC structure.
The C=C of aromatic structure is marked between 1500 to 1700 cm-1.
