If this material was milled into thin walled workpieces of 3 to 20 meters, the large deformation was formed in the NC milling process.
As the formation mechanism of residual stress, the material characteristics and the major factor of forming deformation, the mathematic model between finished surface residual stress and milling parameters was established by orthogonal regression testing.
The major parameters of milling cutter were that the tool material was W9Mo3Cr4V, the tool diameter was Ø25,the rake angle was 16°, the clearance angle was 27°, and the helical angle was 39°.the machined material was 7075-T7451 aluminum alloy, and the hardness was HB120.

The modeling of the zinc evaporation by using a first order law, allowed to determine the evaporation constant k of the law and provided a good agreement with the experiment Introduction The incineration of the household refuse generates residual materials named fly ashes.
The atmosphere of the reactor is not instantaneously replaced and materials evaporated previously are still present in the gaseous phase few moments later.

Further the dynamic behaviour of the material with a model Ⅲ crack under impact loading is given. The results show dynamic stress intensity factor of the crack tip, in which the similar and different features with conventional materials are discussed, especially the phonon, phason and phonon-phason coupling effects are explored.
The comparison between the present new results with those for conventional materials is included.
