The influence of different flame of gas welding on corrosion behavior of the carbon steel’s heat affected zone in seawater were studied by the weight-loss method, electroanalytical chemistry method and surface and microstructure observation.
In this paper, the weight-loss method, electroanalytical chemistry and surface and microstructure observation method are used to study the corrosion behavior of the heat affected zone of Q235 steel under the neutral flame and mild carbonizing flame, which are very meaningful to the selection of process and method of gas welding of the carbon steel.
The heat affected zone are cut into the size of 10×10×4[mm3] to electroanalytical chemistry measurement and surface and microstructure observation.
Results and discussion (a) Neutral flame (b)Mild carbonizing flame Fig.1 Diagram of Q235 steel welding head by two kinds of flame in seawater for 90 days Figure.1 is the photograph of the welded joint of Q235 steel during 90 days of immersion of seawater.The picture obviously shows the corrosion occurred om both of the sample, the rust layer are located in the welded joint and the heat affected zone, the corrosion are also occurred in the border of the sample, which are resulted from the cutting process of the sample make a smoother border to facilitate the microbial adhesion, the cutting process also result in a higher local temperature to affect the metallographic structure, then accelerate the corrosion as well.the figure No.1 shows that the rust layer of the heat affected zone sample under mild carbon flame are much thicker than that under neutral flame, this result from a increase of carbonizing content during the gas welding when using the mild carbon flame, and then

SnO2 nanomaterials with high surface/volume ratio and porous structure could deliver excellent gas sensing performance.
The structure and morphology of the prepared SnO2 nanomaterials were investigated by SEM and TEM.
The porous structure is constructed through removing the glucan by calcinations.
The high sensitivity of SnO2 could be contributed to the porous structure of this material.

Pure H4SiW12O40 give peaks due to the keggin structure at 989 cm-1 (W=O), 934 cm-1 (Si-O), and 784 cm-1 (W-O-W).
Three absorption peak of SiW12O404-  in the range of 700-1100 cm-1 almost does not have change, it shows that H4SiW12O40 support still retains the keggin structure.
It can illustrate the existence of strong chemical action between H4SiW12O40 and TiO2-SiO2, and it is not easy to fall off in the reaction, showing its structure has high stability.

Phosphate tailings utilization in China were introduced, focused on a high Mg phosphate tailings chemistry, phase composition and reaction characteristics and kinetics of the dissolution results.
Experimental firing of the clinker contain more C3S, while the liquid phase under the conditions of the formation of C3S submicroscopic structure has been improved, thus the clinker with high strength.
