The functional tolerancing is now widely accepted by industry for contributing to a reduction of manufacturing costs while improving product quality, which can be represented by the ISO 1101 tolerance language [1].
To determine the displacement of each ending point along the analysis direction due to a junction between two parts, all the parts are assumed perfect, only the surfaces of the studied junction have defects related to the datum system of the toleranced part.
The primary plane of the bushing is directly in contact with the datum line of the fixed reference system.
(8) According to the localization datum precedence, the displacement of point Q1 is obtained.

All input data obtained from the literature and existing materials databases [2].
In this sense, Zr and Al play a central role in grain size reduction from 1000 μm in pure Mg to 50-100 μm, when Zr (up to 1 at%) or Al (up to 12 at%) are added.
It has been found that both exponents show similar agreement with experimental data [5].
The experimental vs. predicted data plot is displayed in Figure 3a, where an excellent fitting with R2 = 0.97 is found.

Data reduction consists of fitting a second order polynomial using least-squares regression to determine the flow stress before (σ1 )and after (σ2 ) the time of the strain rate change.
The cyclic data are compared to data for monotonic tests extracted from Fig. 64-3(b) by Kocks, et al. [17].
The scatter of the data about a straight line is most likely due to the sensitivity of the data reduction and the comparatively low resolution of the data acquisition system.
The data for cyclically deformed copper presented Figure 5.
That is the weakness of plotting cyclic data on a plot such as this.

The estimated cutting forces obtained with this model had good agreement with the experimental data.
The situation of the edges is not symmetrical and the position error of the edge originates a significant reduction of the cutting force value

By means of experimental investigation, the friction coefficient of SIB is indicated, and according to the test data, estimation formula of friction coefficient is regressed.
In Dolce’s study[3], it is indicated that in the temperature from -10℃ to 20℃, lubricant can reduce the friction coefficient to 1/5, and when the temperature rise up to 50℃, the reduction can be 1/8.

The reduction of degradation time through starch incorporation may prove to benefit manufacturers in fabricating more environmentally-friendly plastic products in the future.
With that, the present work utilizes the data presented in Table 1 to correlate the behavior of the samples subjected to soil incubation and UV irradiation with their corresponding starch content.
Summary of TGA Data for As-Received Samples Brand % PP % Starch Onset Temperature (ºC) A 53.27 0 194.32 B 55.56 19.22 180.56 C 46.82 24.18 176.37 Methodology Sample Preparation.
As such, the ΔE values were calculated using the RGB data obtained from the control and the exposed samples using Eq. 1.
As such, the scattered data points in Fig. 4 may have been a result of the non-uniform exposure of the samples to the UV radiation.

Table 1 presents data on the structure of the FSW and SFSW experimental welding program: the materials to be joined, the joint type, the welding tool, as well as the process parameters used.
Welding tool Water temperature (0C) Welding parameters Start of welding process End of welding process n (rpm) vs (mm/min) SFSW-1 Threaded cylindrical pin 16 19 1200 60 SFSW-2 17 34 1300 50 The data in Table 2 show that the water temperature in the enclosure did not have significant increases, the materials to be joined being aluminum alloy and the length of the weld being small (approx. 180 mm).
A greater plunge of the tool shoulder on the surface of the materials to be joined causes a penetration of the tool shoulder into the thickness of the materials to be joined which would have led to a reduction of the joint section.
The explanation may consist in the fact that at higher tool rotation speed and lower welding speed, the amount of heat developed in the process increases, with effects on the hardness reduction.
SFSW-2 (T2) Fmax =7.966 N RmT2(SFSW-2)=95 N/mm2 Fig. 6 Graphs and data related to tensile tests Bending test specimens were taken from the FSW and SFSW welded joints as well as from the base material.

Some papers are committed to build up a simple but universal model which can reflect the system stability index by using the historical data and the system state so as to processing real-time stability identification according to the real-time phase measurement results[1]-[6]. .
And the velocity on the r direction is the reduction of the distance of r, so (2) Combining the second equation of (1) and (2), there is (3) Equation (3) indicates that if at any unique time are known, the correspondent can be worked out.
When the spiral crosses the coordinate axis, there will be a mistake and it should be adjusted by replacing with. 4) The calculation of Since the caculation of r is imperative in the whole procedure which largely decide the accuracy and the speed if the operattion speed of the BOCS method, this section focuses on a method to fit a logarithmic spiral to empirical data measured with a displaced origin.
By making full use of the measurement data of the PMU, an accurate estimation for the parameters of the concave can be estimated and by analyzing the motion state of the ball, the stability index can be calculated.

Example of the glucose oxidase (GOx) involved in the oxidation/reduction of fuel cell at the anode or cathode has attracted much attention to increase the redox activity.
These cultures were conducted for MFC experiments. 2.4 Statistical analysis The data of experiments results, it use SAS statistical software, analysis of variance (ANOVA), with Dunnett's test for statistical analysis, statistically significant differences at P <0.05.
Based on the electricity generation in the MFC, we found that electricity was produced for 3.7 mV at 12th h and steadily achieved for 37 mV at 168th h without mediator (data not shown).
The data from each sample treatment were normalized against those for the 16S rRNA positive control.
The protein production of E. coli harboring the expression vectors was verified by SDS-PAGE analysis (data not shown).
