The internal structures in a non-central position or non-circular section of steel parts can be obtained through conversion by means of equivalent diameter, and for the relevant concepts, see the literature [1] in detail.
For different positions of the steel bar with the same diameter or noncircular cross-section steel parts, its structure analysis during cooling can be determined through equivalent diameter, detailed concept and specific matrixing methods are shown in above-mentioned tests.[1,2] Establishment of the Dynamic Phase Diagram The left chart in Fig. 1 is the new-type continuous air-cooling transformation curves of 25 carbon steel.[1] Taking the air-cooling of the carbon steel bar with a diameter of φ20 mm as an example, it can be seen from the chart that when the temperature is up to 700 oC, the ferrite (α) begins to be separated out from the overcooled austenite (γ); when the temperature is about 600 oC, α will finish the transformation; after air-cooling of carbon steel bar with a diameter ofφ20 mm, its core will be finally composed of P and α structures.

These parameters can match the d(3 1 1), d(3 2 0), d(0 1`1), θ(3 1 1)//(3 2 0) and θ(3 2 0)// (0 1`1) in the β-SiC crystal system.
Conclusions 1) The addition of nano-SiCp has a great influence on the primary α-Al crystals in nano-SiCp/A356 composites.

The latter is usually defined by an Arrhenius law, accounting for the diffusional nature of growth: g=g0exp-QRT (1’) where g0 and the activation energy, Q (respectively 2.48.10-5 m2s-1 and 174 kJ/mol for Ni [8]), are material properties.

Additionally, it must be noted that most of the uncertainties mentioned in Table 1 can be considered quite small compared to actual levels.
