Effect of Melt Purification on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 3003 Aluminum Alloy G.Q.
The average grain size of 3003 aluminum alloy treated with EPT is smaller than that of CPT, for the better effect of inclusion removal of EPT. 3.2 Effect of Melt Purification on Mechanical Properties Table 3 shows the mechanical properties of 3003 aluminum alloy treated with different melt purification at room temperature.
It can be seen that the mechanical properties have been improved after different melt purification.
The existence of these micro-defects accelerate the material breaking process, eventually leading to the mechanical properties of materials decreased.
It indicates that the purity of aluminum melt is the key factor for the mechanical properties of the alloy.

The quantitative evaluation of the preferential orientation of crystallites by the synchrotron and neutron diffraction techniques during regeneration at the interface with implant gives a good prediction of the mechanical properties of the bone.
At the interface implant-bone, the new bone reconstituted after implantation must have the same mechanical properties of bone in order to accept the implant.
First used in airspace industry, the Ti-6Al-V alloy has proved both good mechanical properties and biocompatibility.
Therefore, we measured the intensity of the peak (1 1 1), because it is not affected by texture [6,10].
The bond reconstructed at 0,15 mm from the interface is very strength and it is one of the most important factors indicative of the reliability of fixing the implant to the bone tissue.

The joint quality can be defined in terms of properties such as weld bead geometry and mechanical properties.
Olcay Ersel Canyurt [6] has developed the GA based Welding Strength Estimation Model (GAWSEM) to estimate the mechanical properties of the welded joint for the brass materials.
The chemical composition (wt %) of base plate and electrode wire, 3.15 mm diameter (AWS A/S 5.17: EH 14) is shown in table (1) and the mechanical properties of the test plates are given in table 2.
Based on the pilot study results, current, traverse speed and stickout are identified as the control factors and the levels of the factors are decided.
Normalization of responses When the range of the series is too large, it will cause the influence of some factors to be ignored.

Research on the Mechanical Properties of Pure Stainless Fiber and Its Effect on Textile Processing Yuchai Sun 1,2,a, Zhonghao Cheng 1,2,b, Yanmei Zhang 3,c 1 College of Textile & Clothing Engineering, Soochow University, Su Zhou, 215006, P.
The differences of mechanical properties between stainless steel fiber and traditional textile fibers are the main influential factors that caused difficulties during manufacturing procedure  of woven or knitting of pure stainless steel fiber.
However, very few studies are concerned with information on the main distinguish mechanical properties of stainless fiber.
Among the mechanical properties, the frictional behavior greatly affects their processing, their properties, and the performance of the final products.

The properties of aluminium LM6 can be found from our previous paper [4].
It shows that peak current is dominant factor affecting MRR.
It can be concluded that peak current is the main factor affecting MRR, EWR, and Ra.
Other factors, voltage, pulse on-time and pulse-off time show less significant factor affected the responses.
