(1) The mechanical properties of plaster depend on powder-to-water ratio (or liquid/powder ratio; L/P ratio), curing time, temperature and pressure, and on post-cure heat treatment [9].
Compressive strength of Plaster of Paris/paper sludge ash composites Obviously, the main factor responsible for the decrease in the strength for all composites especially composite E is the decrease in Plaster of Paris content or inversely, the increase in ash content.
Furthermore, compressive strength would also be affected in the presence of porosity in the Plaster of Paris/paper sludge ash composite.
Composite B with 99 wt.% Plaster of Paris powder and 1 wt.% paper sludge ash has a compressive strength of 8.55 MPa and density of 1.59 gcm-3 shows a promising properties as a construction material.

Different toughening mechanisms have been proposed by many researchers like microcrack, crazing-shear banding, and cavitation. [2, 3] D.R.Paul and his co-workers [8] had studied the effect of MMT and rubber contents on the properties and morphology of PA6/MMT /EPR-g-MA nanocomposites, and found that rubber particles appropriately dispersed within a neat nylon 6 matrix could increase toughness via cavitation which relieves the triaxial stress state ahead of the advancing crack tip and allows the nylon 6 matrix to shear yield and thereby dissipate more energy.
In this paper, the mechanical properties and impact fracture morphology and crack tips of PA6 based composites were investigated.
It reveals that fillers and compounding routes strongly affects the impact behavior of composites.
Compounding route is anther important influencing factor.

Thus, the chatter vibrations continue to be the major limiting factor in increasing the metal removal rates of the machine tools.
Except the element-1 (silicon carbide tool), all elements have material properties of steel.
It is clearly observed from frequency responses that the natural frequencies of the spindle have been affected by the bearing contact forces.
Harmonic response of spindle bearing system Using 8-node SOLID 187 elements, the spindle shaft and tool holder as well as cutting tool are discretized with the same material properties as considered for one-dimensional model.

Because the layup of composite laminates influences there properties, the strength of composites depends on layup sequence of CFRP laminates.
The first assumption used is that the interface and beam spreading losses are negligible, that is, all a signal reduction factor terms equal one.
CFRPs made from uni-directional prepreg sheets of carbon fibers(CU125NS) by Korea HANKUK Fiber Co., have the material properties.
It is thought that the fiber direction of CFRP laminates affected to acousto-ultrasonic signals.

The key parts of waveform spring stamping die, the forming quality of which is directly affected by modeling method of forming surface and machining quality are forming surface of waveform spring.
The quality of modeling fitting algorithm is directly related to approximation precision and smoothness of curved surface, further affects the overall quality of the curved surface.
Fig.6 Minimum curvature radius analysis of die Because of selected tool radius R≤|Rmin| and tool specifications factor to consider, therefore the tool radius of die’s curved surface of machining waveform spring is 2mm long.
Geometrical property of die’s curved surface of waveform spring along boundary line change little, which is suitable for the equidistance bias method to generate tool path.

The proposed mixing plan allows evaluating different ingredient proportions and their effects on the thermo-mechanical properties of the final product.
This porosity has an effect not only on the density of the product but also on its mechanical and thermal properties.
The thermo-mechanical properties of bricks made with the incorporation of TS were compared to those of conventional bricks without any addition.
This phenomenon explains the increase in thermal and mechanical properties at the same time.

Therefore, modeling simulation and studying the dynamic property are the first important task in controlling the hydraulic system precisely.
It is beneficial to understand the performance and influence factor of the system.
The transfer function model under such case has a larger error and would affect the performance of the system and control stability.
Most importantly, earth pressure balance shield machine consists of mechanical, hydraulic, electronic systems.
Conclusions Hydraulic system being the important section in earth pressure balance shield machine, the precision of the constructed model will directly affect the analysis results and construction strategy, which play an important role on shield construction quality.

The ground control points are applied by Stephen to improve the quality of disparity image and reduce the strip blemish, however it needs a long time to obtain the control points, which results in the increase of the whole matching time so that the real-time performance of algorithm will be affected [3][4].
The most important characteristics of dynamic programming method are non-after effect property, namely the evolvement of sequent process will be affected by previous states and decision-making once the state of certain stage is confirmed.
Firstly a smaller disparity range calculated using Laplacians of Gaussian pyramid, Secondly an parallel mechanical is implied to accelerate the matching speed.
To construct the pyramid, we first blur and sub sample the original image by a factor of two and store this in the next level of the pyramid.
