Results and Discussion No complications have noticed during the processing of the batch under test; the leather semi-finished product as well as leather had clean and silky grain smoothness and a pleasant to the feeling touch.

In the case of cubic silicon carbide (3C-SiC), one of the issues that prevent the development of electronic devices based on heteroepitaxial 3C-SiC epilayers is the presence of important leakage current related to existence of intrinsic structural defects within the material (stacking faults, µtwins, grain boundaries) [3, 4], especially in the near interface region of the epilayer.

The cutter was fabricated by two kinds of materials, high-speed steel (HSS) W18Cr4V and fine grain cemented carbide ZK10SF produced by Zigong Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd.
Thus, while a large number of WC particles had not yet melted completely, they were thrown out of discharge zone by gasified Co, and then resided around the electric pits, which deteriorated the surface quality of carbide[4].

Zuev et al. [2-4] discovered that the localization of deformation manifests at plastic flow in all materials regardless of structure or deformation mechanism (dislocation slip or twinning, strain-induced martensite formation, grain boundary sliding, etc.).

Aggregate:Gravel aggregate sizes were divided into 16~31.5mm,10~20mm,5~10mm and rock chips (<5mm),required the gravel was stronger,no impurities,high density,lower water absorption,grain composition should fit the design requirement;the crush value must meet the design requirement（≤30%）.
Maintenance Management after Molding.After each section of the cement stabilized gravel base rolled and the compactedness test qualified, using geotextile or concrete special maintenance film covered the whole surface.Then sprinkler showered keeping wet,the curing time should not be less than 7 days.spray-head of sprinkles should be fine spray type,high-pressure nozzle was forbidden to prevent damage to the structure,the number of sprinkling water on every day depend on theweather[5].Transportation should be closed during the curing time in order to avoid damage to the base.

This indicates a limited transport of Ge to the SiC surface through the growing SiC layer due to grain boundary diffusion.
