MATERIALS AND METHODS
2.1 Starter culture formulation
a strain of Staphylococcus carnosus isolated from traditionally cured meat of Inner Mongolia was used in combination with an acidifying strain of Lactobacillus plantarum as a starter culture for the production of fermented sausages, provided by Laboratory of Meat Science, College of Food Science Engineering, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University.
2.2 Mutton fermented dry sausage manufacture
The sausage formulation included 80% lean mutton, 20% tail fat, 2.5% salt, 0.5% glucose, 0.5% sucrose, 100ppm sodium nitrate, and 70ppm sodium nitrite.

Introduction
In recent years, composite materials are widely used in gear, bearing and other parts.
The gears made of composite materials have entered stage of industrial application.
The modal analysis of this kind of composite materials is of great significance to its future research.
Consequently, modulus ratio can be viewed as one of important parameters affecting the natural frequency of different materials.

The increase in the efficiency of the use of raw materials and materials through the intensification of the hydration process of binders, savings based on developments and the introduction of progressive resource and energy saving technologies is shown.
It is a part of many materials, and is also used independently.
There are two aspects: - effective use of raw materials and materials through the binders hydration process intensification; - introduction of innovative resource and energy saving technologies for the binders production.
Information on the electrophysical effect on various materials are scattered in articles published in all sorts of specialised journals, or included as a part of some fundamental works.
In addition, there is a fairly fruitful tradition in the material science to represent the process of astringents hydration kinetics in the light of the method or practical application from which the approach to this problem is being implemented.
It is a part of many materials, and is also used independently.
