Introduction Al2O3 ceramics are widely used in production owing to their excellent material properties.
Grinding with diamond abrasive tools is one of the most extensively used methods for processing ceramics and other Hard and brittle materials.
The workpiece materials used for grinding were 99% Al2O3 ceramics with a length of 30 mm along the grinding direction and 2.5 mm corresponding to the grinding width.

Experimental materials and procedures The square steel tubular made of Q235 with outer dimension 60mm×60mm×1.5~6.3mm were used in the experiments.
A key factor for determining simulation results accurate whether or not is precise physical property data of materials.
During thermal stress analysis, both hot physical datum and physical attribute of materials originated from the references [8][9].
