In order to achieve high compressive strength normally ranging from 200 to 800 MPa, three principles are applied including homogeneity enhancement by elimination of coarse aggregate; density enhancement by using fine particles, pozzolanic properties of highly refined silica fume and optimization of the Portland cement chemistry; and microstructure enhancement by post-set heat curing.
