The rock fragmentation process is the interaction process between TBM and rock mass, which is affected by TBM specifications, such as thrust force, cutter tip width and profile, cutter spacing, RPM, and torque, and rock mass properties mainly including rock material strength, rock brittleness, joint spacing and orientation.
The basic elements of the RFPA model can be generalized as follows: (1) by introducing the heterogeneity of rock properties into the model, the RFPA model can simulate the non-linear deformation of a quasi-brittle rock with an ideal brittle constitutive law for the local material; (2)by introducing a reduction of the material parameters after element failure, the RFPA model can simulate strain-softening and discontinue mechanics problems in a continuum mechanics mode; (3) by recording the event-rate of failed elements, the RFPA model can simulate seismicity associated with the progressive fracture process.

The effecting factors including the kinds of catalyst, the mole ratio of raw materials, the amount of catalyst and the reaction time were optimized.
Though some synthetic routes have been reported to the public, materials used in some synthetic routes were either expensive or unavailable.
Raw materials (3-methylthiopropionitrile, biphenyl phosphinodithioate ester, 3-chloropropyl aldehyde diethyl acetal) used in the three methods above are unavailable in the market.
To find a suitable amount of catalyst, the raw materials molar ratio of 3-methylthiopropional to ethanol to triethyl orthoformate was chosen as 0.1mol: 0.3mol: 0.12mol.

The deformation error which is caused by the robot moving platform and the branched weight and the force, can make use of the relative formula of oretical mechanics and mechanics of materials to express as:(whereis link’s quality, is the external force acting on connecting rod end by along the Z direction.is the length of the connecting rod,. is the stiffness rod bending).
