The experimentation on this new construction system at LabSCo (Laboratory of Strength of Materials) of IUAV University of Venice, inspired a wide research on buildings made of this construction system investigating in different aspect of building behaviour: particularly about mechanical property of the materials, mechanical of the system and building physics.
Nowadays there are many researches into building materials, which include the assemblation of traditional materials and the innovative materials as FRP structures [2 to 12].
Tests were carried out about in-plane strength and stiffness according to the UNI EN 594:2011 of some wall panels in various combinations at the Laboratory of Construction Science at the University IUAV of Venice.

Introduction Furfural, one kind of important light industry and chemical raw materials, can be hydrolyzed in acid medium by some renewable resources, such as corncobs, begasses, grain hulls, and so on.
Ultrafine CuO-CaO/SiO2 catalysts by solution-gel method can be prepared by inexpensive raw materials, simultaneously exhibit excellent catalytic activity and selectivity.
(2) Analysis of catalyst Most of the prepared copper-based catalyst has high activity, and the presence of Ce, Co metal can improve the selectivity of the conversion rate of raw materials and products.
We believe these research and applications will be compatible with the development of chemical engineering, and will greatly promote the development of green process technology, as well as the use of inferior raw materials, alternative raw materials and renewable raw materials.

Experimental Materials Three different polymers were employed: a recycled poly(ethylene terephthalate) with a MFI value of 94 dg/min from beverage bottles (in flakes), a poly(butylene terephthalate) with a MFI value of 62 dg/min, and a commercial polypropylene (PP) (MFI value of 7.0 dg/min).
All the materials were also previously vacuum-dried at 80 °C for 48 hours.
All the materials displayed a brittle behavior.

We set up six sensors on the vehicle to get the vehicle crash pulses, and compared the simulation results of different materials.
The acceleration using two different materials attenuated similarly after crashing.
