Several factors which had a great effect on unit economy were investigated through comparing design conditions data with actual operating data, and then an energy saving method of ultra-supercritical unit operation was putted forward.
(4) Comparison between the Actual and the Design Conditions Three typical operation conditions were got from the vast running data of the power plant, which correspond to the 50%, 75% and 100% of the rated load respectively.
Another reason for efficiency reduction is the regulation method of reheat steam temperature makes it inaccurate.
Data comparison between designed and actual motion condition revealed the existence of inaccuracy in superheated steam, i.e., about 20℃~40℃ insufficient.

In addition, the long-term intake of heavy metals may lead to soil buffer ability reduction and groundwater pollution.
By analyzing the distribution of Cu, Zn and Cd in the soil of Beijing, this study got the basic information and data of the urban soil, and obtained the environmental quality conditions of soil in Beijing based on the evaluation on the pollution degree of the three heavy metals, which would provide basis to control soil quality and monitor environment effectively.
Data Selection.
To ensure effectiveness, comparability and timeliness of the evaluation, and limited to the present progress of soil quality research in Beijing, all the data are selected from the database after 2000 or the related data of topsoil (0 ~ 30cm) in Beijing from publications and books (Table 1).

Borimsky [9] presented experimental data on a universal computational system capable to analyze several technological processes conducted in hydraulic presses with up to 5000 ton-capacity containing an anvil with central concavity type of HPD.
In the present work, it was analyzed the experimental data collected from direct and indirect measurements of operational parameters automatically controlled by the previously developed [10] programmable command.
Methodology The experimental analysis and data acquisition [12] was carried out in a 2500 ton press fabricated by Ryazantyazhpressmash in Russia.
- After the operational time is over, the electrical current is turned off and, following 30 s, the reduction in pressure procedure is initiated until the zero value is reached
Other information can be obtained from the acquisition of data depicted in Fig. 1 and 2

One of the more important tasks which are realized in the integration process of the design and technological production preparation functions is the translation task it is mapping of the design information into data which is important from the need of the process planning point of view – manufacturing data.
In this case the product description it is the input data for process planning functions is introduced by the user in the shape of the text file.
The input data for this process was the shaft solid model (see: the Fig. 2).

The temperature effects on the preparation and the coating tribological properties are investigated, and furthermore, the friction reduction and wear mitigation are analyzed and discussed.
Analysis and computation results for data of preheating temperature are listed in Tab. 1, wherein the values listed are averaged from triple tests.
Tab. 1 Preheating Temperature Data Factors Test No.
The symbols Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ represent the sum of the data of ‘1’, ‘2’, and ‘3’ in each line.
The superior combination A2B1is determined, based on the wear rate data.

Formulas for calculating the quantities included in f. (1) Indicator Concrete Ordinary SCC Rτ Rτ= R28∙exp⁡(kτ(1-28τ)) kτ= 0,2 for fast hardening concrete; kτ= 0,25 for normal hardening concrete; kτ= 0,38 for slow hardening concrete Rt,τ Rt,τ=0,29∙Rτ0,6 ɛsh,τ ɛsh,τ= ɛ120∙exp⁡(kτ11-120τ0,545 ) kτ1= 0,11 for fast developing shrinkage; kτ1= 0,19 for normal developing shrinkage; kτ1= 0,27 for slow developing shrinkage E0,τ E0,τ=k2100057+0,04∙Rτ1+293,8+0,8∙Rτ k2= 1 – for ordinary concrete; k2=0,8…1,2 for SCC φτ φτ= 8000E0,τ0,785 φτ= 536E0,τ0,5 Using f. (1) taking into account the listed in tab. 1 data for concrete class С40/50 dependences for the value “k” = f (τ) and for the period “T”, during which the value “k” for different concrete reaches the value “k” = 1 were obtained.
The dependence of the value of “k” on the value of E0 ОС – ordinary concrete; NN – normal hardening concrete (kτ = 0,25) with normal shrink kinetics (kτ1 = 0,19); RR – quick-hardening concrete (kτ = 0,2) with fast-growing shrinkage (kτ1 = 0,11); 0,25…0,75 – shrinkage value ɛsh,120, mm/m Discussion It is obvious from the presented on fig. 1 data that the duration of the “T” period begins to increase significantly with a decrease in shrinkage values below a certain value.
Since the duration of the “T” period can be considered an indirect characteristic of crack resistance, it can be concluded that the key points in increasing the shrinkage crack resistance of the SCC are reduction of shrinkage deformations and the E-modulus of concrete.
Presented in fig. 2 data confirm the conclusion of the potentially higher crack resistance of the SCC.
The rate of hardening and kinetics of shrinkage deformations affect on crack resistance to a much lesser degree than the E-modulus and magnitude of shrinkage deformations, as is evident from the presented in fig. 3 data.

When the target poisoning is occurred, coating is formed not only on substrate but also on target surface, which results in the reduction of deposition rate and coating structure.
This explains for data in Fig. 4, in which the increase in nitrogen flow and argon partial pressure do not lead to the increase of nitrogen content in TiN coating.

The results show that, compared to dry machining, MQL machining brings about a significant reduction in cutting forces and surface roughness, and it also gives rise to a notably prolonged tool life.
For all cutting conditions, the data consistently show that the cutting forces in MQL machining are lower than that in dry machining.

However, handling and analyzing huge collected data is a challenge for justifyingautomated pavement evaluation technique and to interpreting these data into an acceptable engineering assessment [10].
Data have been being sourced from the Ministry of Transport (MOT) where these data are categorized as historical data and pavement survey data.
Historical data includes the maintenance type and date, while the survey data are traffic load, pavement condition, and pavement functional distress measurements.
The data over a ten year period were used in the model development.
Several analyses were conducted on the data set.
