These proposals showed that the cluster dopants and the co-dopants had the marked effects on the reduction of ionization energies and the increase of carrier concentrations, compared with that of the corresponding single dopant.
A few papers present a comprehensive list of ground state ionization energies for impurity elements, but they do not cover the data of ionization energies for almost all impurity elements at a variety of lattice sites such as substistutional site and interstitial sites.
For the column XIV elements, C, Ge, and Sn, the calculated and experimental results are in a good agreement that they are the isoelectronic substitutional impurity elements, except Pb due to a lack of an experimental data.

Availability of a mathematical model, adequately governing the “road structure – slope” system under dynamic impact along with the monitoring data on general properties of the dynamic behavior of the system under dynamic impact in the field, gives more comprehensive information about the state of the road structure, the slope it is located on and a possible mechanism behind commencement of the slope movement.
Fig. 2. a - Amplitude-time characteristic of the tangential component of the vibration accelerations line 1 point 2 under background impact; b - Amplitude-frequency characteristic of the tangential component of the vibration accelerations line 1 point 2 under background impact; c - Amplitude-time characteristic of the normal component of the vibration accelerations line 1 point 2 under background impact; d - Amplitude-frequency characteristic of the normal component of the vibration accelerations line 1 point 2 under background impact Large amount of experimental data serves evidence to a hypothesis saying that hazardous sections of slopes in terms of movements are characterized by excessive amplitude, tangential component of accelerations to the normal one.
As a result of processing and systematization of experimental data the graphs of distribution of the ratio of the shear component of accelerations to the normal one (in relation to the slope surface) were obtained for test shock impact.
In drought season drop of ground water level and considerable reduction of the maximum value of the ratio of the tangential component of vibration accelerations to the normal one (from 5.0-10.0 to 3.0) are observed.

In the whole right femur, there were significant reductions in BMD between 3 and 6 weeks within all four groups (p<0.05).
Mechanical three-point bending data indicated that the 6 week Sham control had the stronger bone union compared to all the other groups.
Whilst not reflected in the mechanical data, the histological analysis revealed that the Sham PE group was not as advanced in healing compared to the Sham control group at 3 weeks post-fracture.
However, consistent with the mechanical data at 6 weeks, the histological analysis reveals that the Sham control group was superior in healing compared to the Sham PE group with remodelling occurring.

For this purpose, analysis of the direct solar irradiation over the selected site was performed – employing satellite-based solar irradiation data – in order to quantify solar irradiation amount which will be used for electricity generation using concentrated solar energy.
Tower height is often chosen to minimize sine loss - meaning the reduction in effective mirror area if the mirror is significantly out-of-normal (perpendicular) to the incoming solar rays.
In order to design the molten salt solar receiver, a numerical simulation will be performed to present temperature distributions of the receiver and molten salt with the use of heat flux distribution of solar radiation and properties of composing materials as input data.
The next stage will be building and constructing the various subsystems; heliostats, tracking system, tower, receiver, storage tanks, and installing the proper measuring devices to collect data and to carry out performance analysis.

Main advantages are e. g. a reduction of the fibre damage by chemical reaction at the interface and the ability building up complex geometries in near-net-shape quality.
Rheological investigations include both, the flow behaviour of fluids and the deformation properties of solid objects.Generating numerical input data rheological investigations on partial solidified alloys have been conducted, using the Universal Rheometer MCR 501, see Fig. 6.
Such a complete rheological data set has been detected for the cast- alloy AlSi7Mg0,3.
Reference source not found.Based on this data set and thermodynamical calculations an experimental approach for apparent viscosity of semi-solid materials, based on a Gaussian equation, has been developed, see (2)

This may lead to a reduction of the classification capacity.
It mainly includes three stages: firstly, the data acquisition of vibration signals; secondly, fault feature extraction; and finally, fault diagnosis and state recognition.
