Abstract: In this paper, the flow stress model has been established based on the isothermal
compression data at deformation temperature of 800~1050

The emission spectroscopy data confirmed the presence of different reactive species in the discharge gap.
The most common applications of plasma surface treatments include: the cleaning of surfaces, sterilization, increasing the wettability and adhesion of polymers, reduction of friction, and more recent, the improvement of cell attachment in tissue culture studies or the alteration of surface–protein interaction.

The simulation results were compared with experimental data and previous studies to validate the model’s accuracy.
At 4 mm, a decrease in compressive stress is noted, though it remains significant, suggesting that farther from the axis of rotation, an increased cooling rate promotes recrystallization and stress reduction.

The verifying trial was carried out and the predicted temperature was compared with the experimental data measured by means of thermocouples.
The constitutive relationship of the metal in different temperature is set up by experiment data.
Subsequently, the temperature near weld line began to go down resulting from the reduction of the speed of flywheels.
The temperature data was recorded by an industrial personal computer.
The simulating values of the temperature are compared to the experimental data in Fig. 6.

Despite large reductions in computational time this work failed to decouple this reduction from a decrease in simulation accuracy.
For AA5251-H22, the experimental data was recorded by Ai [29] which determined a thinning limit at 71.2 degrees.
Although the Voce law provides a good fit to the experimental data generated by the tensile test, this does not fully account for the complex deformation modes experienced in SPIF, specifically cyclic bending under tension with through thickness shear [32].
Validation with experimental data is performed to definitively quantify the level of geometric accuracy of the FE model.

The data obtained at
atomistic level are compared with macroscopic properties given by microhardness measurements.
In order to check experimentally this interpretation, one technical purity Mg sample was cold rolled to thickness reduction ε = 40%.

Aluminum data points were generated by depositing Valimet H-12 CP -Al powder with a mean of 17 μm on the four selected substrates.
Data points obtained experimentally by Dykhuizen et.al. [16], as well as those used to measure the flattening ratio in this study, are presented in Figure 6 for reference.
Thirty well defined particles were chosen and the data averaged, using the process previously described, for each powder/substrate combination.
Measured flattening ratio values for the Ni feedstock on 4140 steel did not correspond to predicted values as closely as those for the CP-Al feedstock; regardless, the data was within range of the predicted model.

All
these material data are taken as specified by the manufacturers.
Typical experimental settings consist of an impedance analyzer, a data processing tool and a specimen equipped with one or more PWAS.
The setup consists of L2000-H4 impedance analyzer (HIOKI IM3570) data processing specimen (circular sandwich panel) PWAS Fig. 4: Experimental setting for E/M impedance analyze • an impedance analyzer type IM3570, that is connected to the PWAS via a four-terminal probe type L2000, both supplied by the Hioki Corporation
• a computer used for the data processing
For the processing of the data damage metrics will be reviewed and machine learning methods tested.
