As for some components that are directly retrieved for raw materials, dismantling process is also needed.
What's more, a reasonable percentage of the materials are obtained by crushing and sorting, which caused the value of material decreased.
In the meantime, on account of impurity which is mixed in at the stage of crashing and separation, the renewable raw materials acquired in this process have a lower economic value compared to the uncracked materials.

If the time of relaxation of the material under observation is very small, the materials flow.
The strain rate,, in a solid is related to the density of dislocation and their average velocity through the following relation [8] (2) Where M is the directional factor, different crystal lattice materials have different value, FCC crystal is 3.1, BCC crystal is 2.75, is dislocation density, is the velocity of dislocations.
Consideration the strain rate in high speed metal cutting, using the fluid flow to model the behavior of material during high speed, very high speed machining events can be feasible.

This work involved an evaluation of a Al-4wt%Si-2.5wtCu alloy to be used as raw materials in the thixoforming process.
In this context, the use of continuous or direct chill casting and electromagnetic stirring of billets to refine the material’s microstructure has proved to be one of the best ways to produce raw materials for thixoforming processes.
This phase melts at high temperature, providing the rheological behavior typical of these raw materials.

This study aims to analysized the effect of addition doped metal (Ti and Zn) on NASICON structure to morphology, materials structure, and electrochemical performance especially ionic conductivity properties.
Then the material is pressed to produce pellets and the sintered.
