To understand the strength behavior of solidified waste matrices as building materials, sewage sludge as a kind of municipal solid waste had been solidified/stabilized by a binder constituted of Portland cement and stone material powder.
Some researches have been reported that the strength of solidified sludge matrices can meet the requirement of materials for road use or other building materials[4,5,6].
Stone material powder is a kind of material waste produced during the stone materials polished process and is found feasible to substitute for part of Portland cement as a solidifying aid.

Materials and Methods
Material In April 2011, in Liaoning Province Northern Fruit Tree Nursery, collected the branches with the dormant buds from cloth Hebron seedlings (species for the Black Gem Specie).
Results and Analysis The Effects of Different Explants Processing On the Buds Germination of Cloth Hebron Four kinds of dormant buds were inoculated into the medium of the five kinds of formula, then a bottle of raw materials, each medium received 50 bottles, and each treatment received 250 bottles, then a total of 1000 bottles, 30d after investigation buds induced.
