The Shrinkage in Ductile Cast Iron
The shrinkage and porosity formation in nodular depends on a number of importance factors.
The effect of the molding materials and mold wall dilatations on the shrinkage of the cast is great than that in other alloys, the mold wall dilatations depends on the type of sand, grain distribution, mold/core density, binding agent and thermal expansion.

According to the principle of dynamics, the transfer function of the "constant" pressure landform detector system can be deduced as follows:
(1)
In the Eq.1, Zr is the tooth number of rotor of the stepping motor, k is torsional stiffness of the lead screw pair, km is the torque constant of the motor, kc is the voltage conversion coefficient, kp is the voltage amplification coefficient, L is the lead of the lead screw, ia is the current of the phase a (the phase a, b, and c are the same), d is the diameter of the depth-control wheel, b is the width of the depth-control wheel, J is the total inertia of the stepping motor and its load, D is the viscous friction coefficient, JD is the equivalent inertia moment of the system, KB is the damping coefficient of the lead screw pair, η is the transmission efficiency of the lead screw, k is the proportion coefficient of the force transducer.
The hard wood land configuration and gravelly soil land form were adopted to carry out the detecting experiment, and the gradation of grain of the gravelly soil was the same as that of the ore bearing sandy soil.

But in this case they destroy individual grains of the sintered material which definitively has to have a negative influence on the mechanical properties of the steel.
The cracks which were observed in this sample (Fig. 1 c) can be responsible for this accelerated wear, because a big number of craters produced as a result of brittle fractures within wear tracks were observed.

The changes of the profile of the residual stress σres and the XRD peak width at half maximum height, FWHM, with the number of ring revolutions, N, are schematically depicted in Fig. 2a.
As emphasized in Fig. 8a by grain boundary etching, LAB and HAB evolve from distinctive DER.

Base alloy inherently develop a protective oxide surface film which imparts corrosion resistance; but, addition of reinforcing phase (mainly its proportion and particle size) leads to inhomogeneities and can cause discontinuities in the surface film, increasing the number of sites where corrosion can be initiated and making the composite more vulnerable to corrosion attack [7-10].
The coating on the composite leaves the secondary phase alloying elements precipitates, the grain boundary regions and the interface between the matrix and the reinforcement unexposed to the corrosive environment.

As a result, the selection of a solid solution of a large number of dispersed carbides on the basis of the alloying components,ie is aging.
The microstructure of the hardened surface of the specimen is a fine-grained martensitic structure with dispersed insoluble inclusions of carbides and nitrides (Figure 2).

After the reaction, the surface of samples grown at 920 ˚C and 950 ˚C showed a rough yellow surface by naked eye, which were similar to the literature, it is likely to generate a large number of nanowires.
As can be seen from the SEM micrograph in Fig 1 (a), (d) shown no product formation to the samples grown at 890 ˚C and 980˚C, but they get some grain sizes of block scattered accumulation.

When mole fraction of 4HB is less than 15%, the number of branch chains is relatively less, along with the increase of 4HB’s mole fraction, the distance between molecules increases, which leads to the decrease of intermolecular forces.
So edges and corners tend to grow thinning in front of the other crystalline grains, which increases dendritic growth trend and finally forms dendritic crystal.

building sand chlorine standards:
Plain concrete for building sand chlorine is not required.Reinforced concrete sand, chloride ion content of no more than 0.04%.Prestressed concrete sand, chloride ion content of no more than 0.02%
Sea sand cleaning experiments
Methods: Respectively, with the same specifications of a small beaker fitted with A, B, C, D, 50 grams of sand samples, refer to "ordinary concrete sand with quality standards and test methods" to join a small beaker of ordinary daily water: 0.5 times, 0.75 times, 1.0times, 1.25 times, 1.5 times (sand weight multiples) stirring for three minutes and filtered, and then use the experimental approach Volhard method, measuring the content of the CL. .The results in the following table 2:
