Abstract.
The issue has already been a focus for the engineering.
In general, the multi-attribute decision making method widely adopted in engineering fields [2-5], mainly includes two types of algorithms, fuzzy set theory based and probability and statistics based.
The results from the practical example show that this proposed model is of simple, reasonable, and can avoid the distortion of traditional multi-attribute decision-making, also provides a new reference method for decision-making analysis in other engineering problems.

Abstract: For study the influence caused by geobelt and the mechanism of the strength increment in the reinforced foundation, the author analyzed stress state in each zone with reinforced and unreinforced, combined with the Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion, found the stress variation relationship between and in both foundations, which are found by the stress analysis method and geometry analysis method under the extreme state condition.

According to the field condition, the engineering site locates in Antarctic Peninsula where the rescue work is difficult to go on and has a great international influence, so that the engineering grade of importance is A-class, because the structure failure or adverse affection to serviceability caused by geotechnical problem is serious.
The Engineering Geological Condition of the Proposed Field Drills were arranged around the two new proposed buildings in the Chinese Great Wall Station.
Characteristic of Ground Temperature and Engineering Property of Frozen Soil The climate of King George Island is milder and wetter than that of Antarctica mainland.

Generally, in the current corrosion resistant design of underground engineering structures, the reliability index was calculated by using the service life of 100 years as the design life estimates through the establishment of chloride ion diffusion limit state and carbide erosion limit state equation.
For the service life of a large number of underground engineering problems using grouting curtains, there is no relevant research results appeared.
In practical engineering, the corrosion of grouting stone body is often a very complex physical and chemical process of various corrosion existing at the same time.
