Introduction
Static recrystallisation kinetics of low carbon steel plates containing Nb are important as the final plate grain structure, which influences the mechanical properties, is dependent on the degree of recrystallisation [1-2].

Due to their distinctive energy conversion functions, lead zirconate titanate (PZT) - based ceramics

Thus, the simple notion of SILD chemistry is based on the following: (1) processes of
hydroxylation of growing layer, (2) proton-metal cation exchange between hydroxylated layer and
water solution, and (3) additional oxidizing by hydrogen peroxide resulted in higher oxidation state
of chemisorbed metal ion with forming poor-soluble hydroxide.
Taking into account the deposition peculiarities in porous structures one can expect that SILD technology would be effective also for surface functionalizing of porous Si.
