Numerous factors reduce structural strengths of construction materials, including steel bars and concrete, duration of the fire, and the main parameter of the peak fire temperature [1].
The temperature distribution within components is mainly related to the heat capacity and thermal conductivity of construction materials.
Because it contains tiny pores and mist, the interactive influences from chemical compounds and physical properties are more obvious after heat exposure, and various heating rates and processes cause changes in the properties of RC materials [2-3].
Color figures are welcome for the online version of the journal.

Although the propagation of mechanical waves in periodic composite materials is an old topic in condensed matter physics and in acoustics [7], the search for band gaps in PCs increased recently [3–5,8–11].
Results and Discussion Epoxy and Al2O3 are polycrystalline materials, and may be treated as isotropic on macroscopic scale.
These defects could modify the elastic wave propagation in composite materials altering the band structure of them.
