The system can automatically monitor each water injection layer and regulate water flow in user-defined period without any intervention; it can synchronously regulate flow for each layer; and it also can monitor and adjust flow data by the redisplay of ground host computer.
The present flow values can be recorded by methods of data collection and redisplay in measurement and regulation process and then corresponding curves are drawn.
The water flow does not change suddenly, so to reduce data collection burden and capacity of processor, set sampling period to be 50ms, rated speed of brushless DC motor 3000r/min, and reduction ratio of transmission mechanism 300:1.

The investigation showed that pitting initiated by hot corrosion on the blade surfaces and propagated from the leading edge by fatigue mechanism and finally the blade failed due to the reduction of the cross-sectional area [3].A sudden failure of gas turbine engine three stages turbine blades made of U-500 after only 8000 operating hours investigation was initiated.
Only partial historical operation and repair data were available as shown (Table 1).Due to the seriousness of the found damage, an investigation was launched to identify the failure reasons.
The data was collected from 5o to 85o 2q with a step size of 0.02o, scan step time 1s.
Resulted pattern of the sample was compared with every calculated pattern in a database from the International Center for Diffraction data (ICDD) Powder Diffraction File (PDF) database containing more than 100,000 organic or inorganic substances.

However, most of the fatigue data which are used for those strength designs are obtained by uniaxial loading tests, and there is limited data under multiaxial loading [2-3].
Those measured data is used for evaluation of fatigue life and feedback to control the test by using inner pressure and axial load.
The correlation for 316SS also shows the same tendency as that for 430SS under the same loading paths, but the reduction in fatigue life in the Square-shape and the LT-shape is much less; one-digit decrease.

From Fig. 1a and Table 1, Compared with the blank experiment, the polarization curves of the copper electrode in the acid solution with the guanine shifted obviously to the direction of the current reduction, which implied that the organic compounds could also suppress the cathodic and anodic reactions of corrosion process when the guanine compound were added to solution.
The equivalent circuits used to fit the EIS data of copper were shown in Fig. 2.
The solution resistance Rs, the charge transfer resistance Rct, the constant phase element (CPE), the adsorbed film resistance Rad and the adsorbed film capacitance Cad were fitted and their parameters calculated according to the equivalent circuits model and the data were listed in Table 1.
