High strength aluminium alloys (2xxx- and 7xxx-series alloys) that are usually employed in the aeronautic industry are normally difficult to fusion weld since dendritic structure is formed in the fusion zone when TIG and laser welding are used leading to a drastic reduction of the mechanical behaviour [4].
Successful application of FSW would allow for new structural and design possibilities as well as to contribute to weight reduction thereby increasing the efficiency and reducing the cost of production.
The Advanced MTS application software and the TestStarTM controller enable continuous data acquisition and management of key FSW process parameters.

He also showed that the mechanical proprieties of the extrusion welds can differ from those of the parent material: if a proper weld is realized no significant reduction in yield or ultimate tensile strength is evidenced but elongation usually decreases. 1 3 4 5 6 2 9 10 7 8 0 20 40 60 80 100 120 140 W e ld in g P re ssu re Effect of Welding Pressure Properly Welded With defects Not welded Fig. 2.
These data thus provide further evidence of the welding quality of the joint.
If such influences have to be considered for proper die design, then, as a rule of thumb, the greatest reduction ratio should be performed, when possible, after the material welding; on the other hand, dead zones should be avoided in the welding chamber, thus obtaining homogenous and low material speeds.

In our presentation this problem will not be discussed, and we just propose a criterion able to predict the static failure of laminate from laminate data.
At the time of fatigue, the failure criterion undergoes both negative isotropic hardening causing a reduction of its size and kinematic hardening causing a displacement of its centre, which tends to come close to the origin of stresses marks.
This distortion of failure criterion shows that the damage occurring during cycling is not isotropic, but proportionally results in greater reduction of resistances in the direction where these were initially stronger.

The results for germanium are compared with similar blister formation data obtained for silicon.
Defects that impair crystal quality can cause a reduction in mobility, and therefore an increase in resistivity.
The apparent drop in acceptor concentration in the initial 0.7mm depth is attributed to un-annealed implant damage, leading to mobility reduction. 450oCCC (b) (a) 600oCC (c) (d) Interface Ge/Burried SiO2 Figure 5.

This will be achieved through reduction of direct and indirect production costs and reduction of time to market, allowing for innovative designs.

Because of its high strength, high toughness and small anisotropy, the alloy is beneficial to achieve the double weight reduction goal of material itself and structural design weight reduction.
After the end of the experiment, the experimental data were saved, the sample was removed, placed horizontally, and air cooled to room temperature.

Rotation’s effect on anti-bending force Table 1 Values of k (kPa) under different strain and strain rates Strain rate [s-1] <1.0 ≥1.0 Strain 0-0.10 2.43 19.00 ≥0.10 14.60 28.60 k is acquired by fitting the experimental data acquired by Rashid et al using Eq. (1) [11].
Reduction in the penetration force is thought to be the main cause for the decreased bending in Fig.6 (a).
However, at a small rotational speed (0-75 rpm), reduction in penetration force was not evident. p-value is larger than 0.5 at a low rotational speed (≤75 rpm), implying no significant change in penetration fore as the speed increases from 0 rpm to 75 rpm.

The possibility of using metallurgical wastes, sludge of mine water, water treatment waste as reagents for industrial wastewater treatment was examined, improvement of their cleaning performance and reduction of operating costs of the enterprise when changing the agent entry order [8].
According to the experimental data, the minimum concentration or the absence of "active" silica acid fractions xSiO2·nH2O (on silicon) in the solution was detected by 15 hours after treatment, due to the gradual formation of oligometric and polymeric forms (Fig. 4).
While increasing pH it was observed reduction in the concentration of "active" silica acid fractions in solution, which include (monomer, dimers, low molecular weight polymers).

An increase in the pad count with the size reduction requires a larger number of dependable contacts using a probe card during electrical checking.
At R.T., Ni-48.0 at. % Ti film exhibits superelasticity whereby residual strain in the film does not remain after unloading, although the data are omitted here.
If contact area is expanded and thicker Au film is deposited, the contact resistance will probably make a drastic reduction.
