Key words: high-performance concrete; uniaxial tensile load; damage; total porosity; chloride penetration
Abstract: The total porosity of high performance concrete specimens after different level uniaxial tensile loading were measured to reflect the damage degree of mechanical load to the microstructure of the concrete.
Therefore, it is very important and significative to research on chloride permeability under load, which can reflect the durability of practical engineering more truly.
Experimental 2.1 Raw materials and mix proportion All of the raw materials used in this experiment study were from an important coastal concrete engineering.
Then free chloride content of the obtained concrete powder has been determined analytically according to Chinese specifications for Concrete Construction of Port and waterway Engineering (JTJ270-98)[10]. 3.

Abstract.
Refers to the natural environment factors hinder the BT project implementation, including special unforeseeable engineering geological conditions and the occurrence of force majeure event.
Project risk sharing is part of the project risk management .After recognized and analyzed the entire risk of a engineering project, according to the certain risk allocation principle, Each risk will be assigned to the project participants fairly and reasonably.
We can use mathematical methods to discuss the engineering actual cost of sponsors and contractors under the condition of the different risk ratio, Can also discuss the actual cost in the case of both sides have different voice.

General information model of the object (building) General information model of the object (building) is the knowledge on design, engineering, technical, technological and other elements of the building and its elements, formalized in terms of describing the object (building) as target control object.
Directions of the engineering solutions On the basis of general information models (as usual in the paper – in a cybernetic sense) it is expedient to construct the partial mathematical models of the building control on the basis of the introduction of engineering solutions of the two main categories[1-10]: · intelligent automation objects (buildings) is a set of original technical, technological and other solutions and information supply directed at the implementation of an acceptable set of functions of the target control process with observed functional and technical characteristics of the building and its elements; · active safety of objects (buildings) is a set of properties of the building and its components on the basis of original technical, technological and other solutions aimed at the reduction of the probability of emergency situations and/or their localization.
