Abstract: the reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) materials with aged SBS bitumen were limited to applied in unmodified asphalt mixture for low level pavement structure by conventional recycling technology.
Table 2 The main qualification of SBS modified bitumen Tests item unit experimental value Penetration(25℃,100g,5s) 0.1mm 57 Ductility (15℃) (5cm/min)(15℃) cm >100 Ductility (5℃) cm 35 Softening point (global method) ℃ 87 Viscosity (135℃) Pa.s 1.862 Optimum asphalt aggregate ratio was ascertained by Marshal design method, according toEngineering> aging the SBS modified asphalt in laboratory thermal oxygen and divided the RAP into RAP-coarse or RAP-fine with 4.75mm as boundaries .After extract the aged asphalt in the two classes of RAP material ,the Abshen method is adopted to do the recycling .Test the density of two classes of RAP and performance of the recycled asphalt aging .The result follows table 3 and table two,and the asphalt content in the RAP-fine and RAP-coarse about 5.1% and 4.3%.
HRMA and WRMA pavement performance High temperature performance According toEngineering>(JTG E20—2011)require, molding a 300mm×300mm×50mm asphalt mixture to do rutting test, the result as follows(Table 11):

Abstract.
In the recent years, with comprehensive start operation of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, some engineering problems demanding prompt solution appear in the process of construction.
Simulation Result analysis of Practical Engineering Jinan section of first-phase in east line of south-to-north water diversion project is an important part of south-to-north water diversion project.
The underlying part is bottle-neck section of the whole covered culvert engineering; therefore the underlying part is emphatically analyzed.

According to the problem that engineering and technical staff from civil aviation have less research and difficult on master on selection of TRIZ tools.
Finally, the map will guide engineering and technical personnel find suitable TRIZ tools to fix problem, and complete the innovative design.
Design scheme of Optical components based on analysis of Contradiction. procedure of problem solving according to analysis of Contradiction: a) Determine the engineering parameters.
For light may not meets the intensity requirements if light does not pass through astigmatism sheet and lens, and this is a feature of deterioration, so we select "18 illuminance" from corresponding general engineering parameters.
