Abstract:Chemical compositions of Cadmium and lead were measured with conditions that the temperature between 400-700˚{TTP}730
C and remaining pressure of 10-60 Pa as in which Materials containing Cadmium and lead evaporate.
This article attempts to measure and fit the activity coefficient of Cd and Pb, also provides theoretical data when producing Cd and Pb materials.
Experimental crude materials, equipments and chemical analysis method Crude materials: The residue after refined Cd material which contains Cd 64%, Zn 0.0056% , Tl 29.4%, Pb 2.15%, Cu 2.10%, Ni 3.02% , Fe 0.0058% and Si 0.05%.

If the time of relaxation of the material under observation is very small, the materials flow.
The strain rate,, in a solid is related to the density of dislocation and their average velocity through the following relation [8] (2) Where M is the directional factor, different crystal lattice materials have different value, FCC crystal is 3.1, BCC crystal is 2.75, is dislocation density, is the velocity of dislocations.
Consideration the strain rate in high speed metal cutting, using the fluid flow to model the behavior of material during high speed, very high speed machining events can be feasible.
