Despite a great number of publications devoted to a problem of functionalizing the properties of bentonites and to their application in catalysis [1-3], there is an apparent absence of research on ways the structural and physicochemical properties of bentonites influence activity of ecologically purposed bentonite-based metal-complex catalysts for CO, O3, and SO2 mitigation at ambient temperature.
Catalyst grain size was 0.5-1.0 mm.
The CO conversion under the steady-state conditions (hst) and the number of catalytic cycles (n) per 1 mole of Pd(II) (QPd(II)) were calculated at the experiment end point by using the following formulas: ×100, %; (3) n = Qexp/QPd(II)

The geometry (length, width, height) of the single honeycombs can be modified via the corresponding parameters, their number can be modified via length and width of the GFRP honeycomb module.
From a certain number of calculation runs results a GFRP honeycomb module with a set-up that is perfectly adapted to the defined conditions.

Both the a-phase and the a’-phase exhibit the fcc structure and differ by hydrogen content only, i.e. by the average number of octahedral sites occupied by hydrogen [1].
There are many reports that hydrogen can be trapped at open volume defects like vacancies [6], dislocations [7,8] and grain boundaries [9,10].
In order to reduce the number of fitting parameters the lifetime of the dislocation component was fixed at the value t2 =160 ps, which is known from LT measurement of cold rolled Pd [21], and the lifetime of the vacancy component was fixed at t3 = 200 ps known from theoretical calculations [20].
