Keyword: Magnesium-oxy-chloride cement, phenolic resin, modify, abrasive tools
Abstract: The influences of phenolic resin on the properties of both Magnesium oxychloride cement (MOC) pastes and MOC abrasive tools were investigated in this study.
MOC has many good engineering and mechanical properties, but it has poor water resistance, which makes it be limited in engineering applications.

Keywords: frame construction; viscoelastic damper; energy dissipation
Abstract: This article mainly studied the seismic response of high-rise RC frame and the damping effect with viscoelastic damper.
Compared with scheme 4, it is a little cumber during the course of construction phase but outstanding in damping effect of situation 2, which would use for reference to practical damping engineering.
