Experimental procedure All the experiments were undertaken with a nominal chemistry of Fe–0.47C–2.3Si–3.15Mn-0.06S (wt%).The steel was prepared by smelting according to the ratio of composition first, followed forging the cast ingot, then by homogenization treatment, ultimately machined into sizes of Φ10mm×28 mm samples.A hole of 1.5mm in diameter and 10mm in length was drilled in each cylindrical specimen, into which a K-type nickel chromium–nickel silicon thermocouple was inserted to measure the temperature, and the temperature fluctuation during the experiment was measured to be ±1K;The specimen was completely annealed before magnetic treatment and the microstructure of each specimen at the as-received state was almost completely pearlite with lamellar morphology. The specimens were divided into two groups.
To further determine whether the the grain boundary precipitation obviously have a preferred orientation on nucleation and growth under external HMF applied during pearlite PT,due to the high strain state(M)of their surrounding matrix structure, it is difficult to obtain high-quality Kikuchi patterns by area-scanning technology. So the current paper is to get accurate and statistical orientation information of a mount of points within MIP colonies and along GB using point analysis during initial PT only under the isothermal temperature at 690℃ for 60min in HMF of 8T and at 700℃ for 90min in HMF of 12T. 1 Analysis on crystallographic orientation in magnetic field of 8T Considering taking single frame mode to fast analyze whether the preferred precipitation F on the GB have the preferred orientation with the low transformation, and collect the points randomly along GB of 36% MIP obtained under the isothermal temperature at 690℃ for 60min with 8T.

With advances in technology and research, with a polyester fiber material, the use of three-dimensional structure of acupuncture filter by singeing, hot pressing, surface covered with resin, hydrophobic and heat-setting and other treatment processes, and through the filter surface again metal powder and other special treatment process, will develop a suitable dry coal dust filter used.
