Introduction
With the fast development of economy, packaging science has bursted like a rocket, and therewith packaging dynamics[1].
In accordance with the selected specification, the cushion material is plastic foam.
All of the finite element models adopted the solid 92 element, both the experimental box and package have adopted the isotropic structure material simulation. main material parameters and specification of various parts are shown in TableI.
The simulation result has shown that the optimized model can satisfy the rigidity requirement and also save materials which fitted the concepts of environmental friendly.

Introduction
Fe-Si-B alloys are a new class of engineering materials with advanced properties, which can be improved with amorphous phases in these alloys [1].
Mechanical alloying is an interesting method to produce nanocrystalline materials because of its simplicity and the possibility for full scale manufacturing.

Introduction
Bi˚Char is a kind of carbon-rich materials obtained from biomass as pyrolysis pr˚Cess in a low oxygen or oxygen-depleted environment [1].
Materials and Methods The two kinds of bi˚Char used were obtained from different suppliers and both commercially available.
