Abstract: The design of steel column base plays a very important role in steel structure design.
Therefore, it has great theoretical significance and engineering value study the fracture and restoring force characteristics of steel column base with the cyclic loading.
Through the numerical simulation by ANSYS in different thickness, axial compression ratio and different sectional area, and it will have very important significance to provide a reference for engineering applications that discuss aspects of ductility, energy dissipation , stiffness degradation and fracture behavior.

Abstract:The emerge of urban water conservancy was an intrinsic demand for the water conservancy development in the new historical background, which is the inevitable outcome of the development of the city.At present,on the contrary to the sustainable development strategy, there are a number of problems exist in China's urban water conservancy, which is not only a waste of resources, but also seriously affected the normal life of residents.
The definition of city water conservancy and sustainable development Urban water conservancy refers to water engineering and water management issues of urban flood and drought disaster prevention and integrated water resourcesdevelopment and protection that adapt to the urban construction and development goals, and it contents the protection of the floorboard , construction and management of the water supply and drainage system , regulation of the rivers and lakes , what's more ,it contents the urban sewage treatment and wastewater recycling, urban flood control system construction and urban environment improvement, etc.
As the mixed discharge of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage and low-level imperfection of sewage treatment, the sewage has been full of toxic substances, which has already attracted a large number of serious soil contamination. 2. deficiencies of underground drainage system Regardless of rain and sewage ,the city's drainage system are mostly not yet perfect.Sewage is discharged into the nearest river, which heavily polluted water.First, due to the incomplete of sewage system engineering, industrial waste water stream into the city river.Second, under the existing roads, the sewer are old , damage, leakage and combined diameter is too small to form a partial blockage, which seriously affecting the discharge capacity.Third, the majority of residential are not own septic tanks or the septic tanks don't work, so sewage is discharged into the river nearby.
