Energy Efficient Building Cost Control Research Based on Whole Life Cycle Yongping Wang1, a, Weiguo Qiao 2, b, Hui Fang 3, C 1, 2, 3 Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Civil Engineering Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Qingdao, Shandong, 266590, China awyp0507@163.com,bqiaowgl@163.com,Cfanghui203@163.com Keywords: whole life cycle, energy efficient building, cost control Abstract.
The whole life cycle cost control is an important part of engineering construction.
Therefore, to ensure the energy saving effectiveness of the energy efficient building, it is necessary to analyze the incremental investment’s producing process of the civil energy efficient building market based on the whole life cycle[1].
For energy efficient building, the suggested contract form is EPC contract (engineering, procurement and construction).
At present, the related governmental departments will regularly publish and update national recommended new technology, new process, new material and new equipment about civil energy efficient building.

Structural Studies of Nanofiber Membranes Michal Havrlík1, a *, Iveta Klicmanová1, b 1Faculty of Civil Engineering, CTU in Prague, Thákurova 7/2077, 166 29 Prague, Czech Republic ahavrlik.michal@seznam.cz, biveta.klicmanova@fsv.cvut.cz Keywords: Polymer; nanofiber textile; structure.
These textiles can be used in many branches of industry from medicine to civil engineering and, therefore, it is necessary to examine their properties [1].
The polymers were selected due to their promising properties or frequency of current applications in civil engineering.
PUR is frequently used in civil engineering as thermal insulation or sealing foam.
