Energy Efficient Building Cost Control Research Based on Whole Life Cycle

Abstract:

The whole life cycle cost control is an important part of engineering construction. It comprehensively considers the construction cost and operating cost of the energy efficient building and realizes the goal of reducing the whole life cycle cost of the energy efficient building. This article breaks the limitation of cost control in operation phase of construction work, analyzes the cost control of every phases of the whole life cycle of energy efficient building and put forward a corresponding solution.
