Abstract.
Recycled concrete is a kind of new construction materials, and now received more and more attention from researchers and engineers, since its application in engineering projects can well cater to the increasing requirements of development for economic and environment-friendly society.
Although some experiment results concerning the difference between normal aggregate from size-classified coarse limestone and recycled aggregate from crushed concrete waste showed the latter had lower stiffness, smaller compressive strengths and more complex failure mode or mechanism in the fracture zone, recycled aggregate concrete is still worth while to be studied for its wider application potentials due to some obvious benefits on the resource conservation, environment-friendly construction and development of new engineering materials.
The application of recycled aggregate concrete in structure engineering is still very much on the pilot phase and needs more intensive research on different forms of structure systems.

The results may have engineering significance to missile airfoil structural design and manufacturing.
Compared with other reliability analysis methods, the fourth moment method don't need to get the failure performance function values in design points, and call function less frequently, that is why the fourth moment method is suit- able for reliability analysis of engineering structure with fewer variables [6,7].

The bottom of the reinforced concrete column damage is calculated through comparison between theoretical value and first order frequency value by deducing dynamic measurement method in practical engineering.
Therefore, reduce the frequency according to the boundary conditions between the both; then, combined with practical engineering experience, the bottom boundary condition of ground floor columns is stronger than the top.
Adopt artificial field vibration and Dasp engineering software systems of Oriental vibration to test the dynamic characteristics of column.

Abstract.According to design requirements, to reduce the construction difficulty for crane beam on rock wall in underground main power house of JinpingII hydropower, and to condense construction time limit for a main building, theconcreting time for crane beam on rock wall is needed to be specially analyzed.
The model defines whether rock is into damage zone by measuring the plastic equivalent strain. If the rock has been into damage zone its elastic modulus, cohesion and internal friction angle are residual strength of the damaged rock respectively and if the rock has not been into damage zone its parameters are dynamically adjusted by using of piecewise linear function (seen in Figure 1).The numerical calculation program was compiled by using of C++ and the USERMODEL.DLL was formatted by using of interface program [2] of geotechnical engineering software FLAC3D, which made the numerical simulation and calculation of RDM model come true and made it have a good generality and popularization.
In the engineering example, it is can considered in the relaxation effect of the surface rock body through decreasing the elastic modulus, cohesion of surface surrounding rock body and increasing the internal friction angle of the damaged rock which can dynamically adjust the damage of surface rock near the rock-bolted crane beam in the consequent excavation stages and can reasonably calculate the increased stress of rock beam led by inhomogeneous relaxation of the surface rock. 2.
