Material Price Risks Impact on Project Costs Research Jianfeng Lia, Yue Shenb, Lijiao Xuc and Yuan Suod School of Civil Engineering, Chang An University, No. 161 Chang An Road, Xi'an city, Shaanxi Province, China alilaoshi1956@163.com, bshen1986yue@126.com, cxulijiao_1314@163.com, dsuoyuanhao@163.com Key words: BOQ; Bidding Control Price; risk; GM (1, 1); Grey Forecasting Model Abstract.
Table 1 Calculation program of Bidding Control Price number Fees Name computing formula 1 Sub-segment cost of Quantities Quantity ×Integrated Unit Price 2 measure costs Quantity ×Integrated Unit Price&1×rate 3 Other project costs Tentative amount+ Provisional valuation of professional engineering+ dataller + Contract service fees 4 set-fee (1+2+3) ×rate 5 tax (1+2+3+4) ×rate 6 Bidding Control Price 1+2+3+4+5 Table 1 tells us that Integrated Unit Price is the main factor which affects the Bidding Control Price. Therefore, how to determine the Integrated Unit Price turns into the first important issue, and also the main target of this study.
Table 6 Integrated Unit Price Analysis Table (by the risk 3.84%) unit: Yuan code Project Name unit quantity Labor costs material cost Machinery costs risk operation cost profit Integrated Unit Price 010416001001 reinforcing steel (Diameter less than 10mm) t 10.00 728.28 3667.82 42.19 140.84 233.99 149.69 4962.82 4-6 round steel withinΦ10 t 10.00 728.28 3667.82 42.19 140.84 233.99 149.69 risk=3667.82×3.84%=140.84 operation cost= (728.28+3667.82+42.19+140.84) ×5.11 %( rate) =233.99 profit=(728.28+3667.82+42.19+140.84+233.99)×3.11%(rate)= 149.69 This case adopt the Construction Engineering Wastage Quota and Reference Rate in Shaanxi province Table 7 Integrated Unit Price Analysis Table (by the risk 5%) unit: Yuan code Project Name unit quantity Labor costs material cost Machinery costs Risk operation cost profit Integrated Unit Price 010416001001 reinforcing steel (Diameter less than 10mm) t 10.00 728.28 3667.82 42.19 183.39 236.17 151.08

The value of risk predicted by gray theory can change as different duration of projects and actual situations, so it is more in line with engineering practice and the project can receive more reasonable price.
