As expected on the basis of literature data, BCY decomposed in BaCO3 and CeO2, while BZY maintained a pure perovskite phase.

When the excitation voltage from 2 V increase to 22 V, hysteresis torque increases to 31.77 from 11.91 cNcm, but when the excitation voltage is greater than the 18 V, linearity down significantly, the main reason is with the increase of excitation voltage, embedded coils increase in the role of magnetic energy resulting in hysteresis torque reduction.
From the experiment data, and to meet that hysteresis torque premise, with the lower range of excitation voltage, can raise tension control performance of the controller.
