Abstract.
In fact, carbon fibre reinforced polymer matrix composites (CFRP) are presently quite use in many advanced applications (such as, sport, space and military aircraft industries) and start now to be applied in civil aviation and manufacturing industries.
For any application, replacing traditional materials by new ones involves, at least, the following relevant engineering tasks [2]: 1.
The diagram in Figure 1, shows the main steps needed to implement a good engineering redesign of a composite product by considering the loading and boundary working conditions that the structural product is submitted.

According to the situation, many scholars have researched laws of segment joint with numerical calculation method, and have got some research results that can be used as reference for the engineering reality[4,5,6].This paper take Tianjin metro No.3 line tunnel segment joint as the study object and construct three dimension finite element model of the segment joint by general finite element software ANSYS, focus on the relationship between the joint bending moment and the joint angle, and then get laws of segment stiffness variation in order to provide reference for the segment design.
Conclusion Analysis the calculated results of joint bending moment and angle in different load combinations of eccentricity by building three dimension finite element model of shield tunnel segment joint, and compared with related test data, theoretical analysis results and relevant engineering experience in other literatures.
(1) Linear fitting to the relation curve of joint angle and bending moment is feasible and the joint flexural rigidity obtained can be used for reference in engineering practice.

Abstract: To ensure the influence degree on the environment during constructing metro-station based on shield tunneling is very important in the subway construction.
One aspect is settlement calculation[1,2], and there are many methods on the prediction of the ground surface settlement due to the shield tunnel construction, and Peck method is a representative empirical formula. The engineering analogy method and numerical method are two representative methods[3-6].
Therefore, to ensure the safety of the engineering, the 13 rings most close to the dismantling section must be reinforced.
As there is no precedent construction about this kind of reinforcement measures, to ensure the smooth progress of the excavation engineering, it is necessary to monitor the tunnel structural internal force and deformation in the reinforced section.

Abstract.
Introduction A functionally graded material (FGM) that decreases thermal stresses has been developed for structural components and/or mechanical elements such as nuclear, aircraft, and space engineering, and so on, it is important to analyze the thermal stress filed problem of the body made of the material, especially the problem considered temperature dependency [1-2].
We hope that the analytical results obtained will be more close to actual engineering conditions and to obtain some instructive conclusions for the production and application of ZrO2/FGM/Ti-6Al-4V composite plate.
