Introduction Organ silicones are special elements of organic polymer materials, which have excellent performances and are widely applied[1].
The viscosity of mixture materials and the intrinsic viscosity of product in the reaction system by one-step synthesis increases with the rate of the production, which overcomes some shortcomings such as a high molecular weight, high viscosity of the process in the two-steps synthesis traditional technology, so that it is possible to continually produce polydimethylsiloxanols by using the tubular reactor [4,5].Currently, the large scale continuous productions of polydimethylsiloxanols are in the primary stage.

Introdution The researches in the production of the various functional materials from the precursors including the hybrid inorganic-organic compounds are being carried out nowadays.
The methods of producing the heterometallic molecular materials with the extended structure which can be used as catalysts, conductors and molecular magnets are energy efficient.
Binuclear coordination compounds - double complex compounds - with organic and inorganic ligands are promising precursors of various functional materials and nanocomposites [1].
Materials and methods Lanthanide (III) chlorides or nitrates (LnCl3·6H2O, Ln(NO3)3·6H2O), ε-caprolactam (εC6H11NO, Cpl), nicotinic acid (C5H5NCOO, Hnic) in commercially available forms and potassium hexa (isothiocyanate) chromate (III) K3[Cr(NCS)6]·4H2O, produced by the reacting of KNCS и KCr(SO4)2·12H2O in the hydroalcoholic solution [7,8] are used as the feedstock.

The important feature is the quality and performances of re-manufactured products not less than new products, compared with the new ones, they saving 50% cost, 60% energy and 70% materials, and the adverse effects on the environment decrease significantly compared to manufacturing the new products [2].
J.P.XIA and R.Q.CHEN proposed that companies must use closed supply chain management ideas and value chain concept to gain competitive advantage and consider many factors together like environmental impacts, resource efficiency, ABC, added value, and others to optimize the reverse logistics management of the waste products and control its transport efficiency and effectiveness, achieve closed-loop supply chain management agility, control the quantity and costs of old parts, recycled materials, recycled products [8].
