The scattering phenomena of the elastic waves is a wave phenomena when the elastic waves transmit in the medium which have not continuous interfaces or heterogeneous bodies, their direct effects result in the magnification of the local displacements or local stress concentration or earthquake, they have various harms, one of these is the breakage and the rupture of the engineering materials.

Materials Polyester fiber provided by Oriental Knitting Factory was used without further treatment.
After encased SE, some materials can be seen on the surface of the polyester fibers.
Then through the encasing and grafting technologies, the polyester fibers can be firmly grafted a layer of protein Acknowledgments This study was supported by Chongqing science fund (CSTC,2010AA1002, CSTC,2008BB4250).

In the current period is no area of technique and science in which objects/parts made glass not have an important role [2].
CNC machines work with a range of materials (from soft mater line foam and plastic to hardened steel) that cost less and do not require other materials or post-finishing work.

Corrosion behavior of materials can be used to assessment of material’s anti-corrosion performance, namely adaptability and durability to the environment.
Research on material’s corrosion behavior can demonstrates its corrosion mechanism and failure mode, then improves material’s manufacturing technique, develops new type of anti-corrosion materials and protect techniques.
Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) technique has successfully been applied to study the corrosion/protection of materials due to its non-destructive behaviour [4].
