At the same time, the public works (civil engineering) research institute (PWRI) of the ministry
of construction issued the "proposed standard for RCA" and the quality of RCA is shown in table 3.
The RCA for civil constructions is required higher quality than that in building constructions.
The engineer of RCA factory visit the construction before demolition to investigate the existence of corrosion of rebars by chloride and cracking by ASR.
Fig.10 shows an abrading machine with a screw developed by the Nuclear Power Engineering Organization with a supported of the ministry of economy and industry.
As the concrete fine powder contains much amount of hydrated cement paste, many concrete engineers tried to replace portland cement with the concrete powder.

Abstract: To study mechanical characteristics of general reinforced concrete in engineering, specimens of reinforced concrete with different mass ratios and specimens of fiber reinforced concrete with different distributing modes of steel fibers or mixed modes of fiberglass are produced.
Ratio of water to cement in reinforced concrete is a main index influencing on its engineering application.
Hence, steel fiber reinforced concrete has been widely used in many engineering fields, including tunnel steining, slope shielded, road surface, bridge surface, airdrome course, port and ocean engineering, and which have received reliable actual valuation [4,5,6].
But discontinuities of these specimens should only depend on different mass ratios, which will determine their devastating modes in which the shearing destroyed mode is ideal in engineering.

On the current engineering applications, the limit equilibrium method is widely used.
The calculation result is consistent with the actual engineering experience.

Abstract.
Generally speaking, particle size and substitution rate are the key factors affecting the strength of concrete.[17, 18] Kumavat [19] found by TGA that the pozzolanic effect of brick dust consumes part of Ca(OH)2 at a later stage.Yu [20] prepared ultra-high performance engineering cementitious composites by replacing part of the cement with recycled micronized powder, and the experimental results showed that the highest strength values were obtained at all curing ages when the recycled micronized powder was dosed at 25%, and the compressive strength at 3d was still slightly higher than the reference value when the dose was 50%, which was due to the filling effect of the recycled micronized powder and the pozzolanic effect at a later stage.
