XRD data were received using a Rigaku D/MAX-3B diffractometer with Cu Ka target radiated at 45 kV and 150 mA.
Substituting the value of A in Eq. (8) and using the flow stress data at various strains for the same flow curves, ln(σ-A) vs. lnε is plotted.
Some typical experimental and predicted data are shown in Fig. 3a in which also contains the data for the quasi-static testing.
Comparisons between the experimental and the predicted data at various deformation conditions shown in Fig. 3, it can be found that a small deviation between the experimental data and the predicted data can be received in most of the deformation conditions.
From the data shown in Fig. 2a for the two specimens, it can be seen obviously that the correlation between the experimental data and the predicted data for the former is better than that the latter.

The errors of the data of last load step between the data from two approaches were 39%, 57% and 4%, which indicates that the prediction precisions are largely discrete and unacceptable.
Thus, the prediction results repeated the characteristics of the given data.
