Keywords: structural equation model; low carbon building; factors influencing
Abstract: The empirical research on the mechanism of the low carbon building management by using the method of structural equation modeling.Firstly, analyze and summarize the affecting factors of the low carbon building management, and constructed the theoretical model, and then designed the questionnaire to collect data, and explored factor structure by analyzing the survey recovery results through reliability analysis and validity analysis.
Conceptual model design System engineering theory is based on the view of system, emphatically from the whole and part, the whole and external mutual contact and mutual operation and mutual restriction relationship of comprehensive, precise investigation object, so as to reveal the system nature and motion law of the object , in order to achieve a method of optimization objective [11].Low carbon construction is a complicated system engineering, not only apply to construction materials, construction technology, environment and other factors, but also related to participating stakeholders. The management of the low carbon buildings should consider from macro level factor and then involves the relationship between parties and process management, target management.
Table 1 Survey sample tables index specific content Degree of importance 1 2 3 4 5 location City level, traffic convenient, commercial environment construction condition Hydrology, meteorology, engineering geological conditions ··· ··· ··· 3.2 Reliability test Using IBM SPSS Statistical 19 to recover the questionnaire reliability analysis, as shown in table 2.

Keywords: Magnesium alloys; structural applications; Hopkinson bar; specific strength; high strain rate.
Magnesium and its alloys have a unique position as engineering materials with low specific weight, wide availability and easy recyclability.
Generally magnesium alloys are applied in automotive, aerospace and defence industries, but they find lots of applications in electronics, civil construction and defence industry as well.
Magnesium alloys are increasingly preferred by the design engineer and manufacturers as the lightweight option without compromising the rigidity and strength needed for structural applications.
